Refund and Returns Policy

At Laural Clothing, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Refunds
We do not issue refunds, unless there has been a confirmed error or fault on our part.
All refund decisions are subject to review and terms and conditions apply.
2. Exchanges & Store Credit
We offer exchanges for eligible items.
If a customer does not wish to exchange for another item, the order value will be issued as store credit for future purchases.
No cash refunds will be provided for store credit.
3. Reporting Timeframes
All discrepancies (damaged, incorrect, or missing items) must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the package.
Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
4. Item Condition
To be eligible for exchange:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
5. Color Differences
Please note that slight color variations may occur due to lighting during photography and screen display settings.
These are not considered defects and are not grounds for return or exchange.
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the error was on our part.
In such cases (e.g. wrong item sent), return shipping costs will be covered by Laural Clothing.
7. Store Credit Validity
Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Store credit is non-refundable and cannot be converted to cash.
